Bogatovsky Oil Extraction Plant was founded in 1928 on the basis of a former sugar factory. In 1961, the enterprise underwent a major modernization — an oil extraction workshop equipped with “SKET” (Germany) machinery was put into operation, which made it possible to increase the plant’s capacity and improve the quality of its products.
The plant is located in the Bogatovsky District of the Samara Region, on the border with the Orenburg Region. It has its own 3-km railway line and access to the R224 highway Samara–Kinnel–Bogatoe–Orenburg.
